I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but I am looking towards 2016 and the goals I want to achieve. I just finished (Wednesday 9 December) re-setting my goals - yes Re-Setting! It's all about hitting the RESET BUTTON to figure out what is important in my life and what i am going to do about it.
- Improve my confidence levels: i want to look good in clothes and naked!
- Increase my energy levels: i have a lot to do next year (2016) and i want my body to keep up with the workload!
- I want to live longer and enjoy my life!
- What is the most important goal i need to achieve that will have the biggest impact on the rest of my life?
Many people have written about this question including Jack Canfield in his book The Success Principles. Worth a read. But this is the goal that has been lingering on my to-do-list for a long time! When i reviewed my 2015 goals, my achievements were pitiful - and i want to change that for 2016 - so that is why i decided to set my goals early.
Then, i set out my top ten rituals for next year - these are the things i will do everyday in order to reach my goals. I got that idea from Tony Robbins (very cool video from 2013)
That aside; this is what my research turned up last night - the Venus Factor - head over to this site and take a look. I took a liking to it instantly as soon as the first image appeared followed by the video - good information, worth a look!
